Connection problems on iPhone

I'm trying to log in on my iPhone but the app freezes on the Cantina loading stage. I've tried rebooting my phone and any number of other tricks to no avail. Any suggestions?

I can see this was posted a few days ago. Were you able to move past the loading stage since?
