Summarize your bug Game is not connecting to the internet. Whenever I try to connect to the internet, the process unexpectedly cuts out.

What happens when the bug occurs? It just says connection lost
What do you expect to see? A window that says "connection lost"

I have read your connectivity guides and did everything possible either fix this or give me my money back.
