Northwest region Datacenter connnection isseues (Oregon/Washington) [ Edited ]

I can't connect to any data center in the Oregon Region. I got in with multiple tries yesterday, but am unable to today. On Xbox One. Already tried Xbox hard reboot to wipe cache. Please advise, thanks.

My ISP speed is the same.  Yet I'm getting 70 ping to Oregon servers and I normally get 19 ping.  It's slow enough that it's sending me to Salt Lake City.  Anyone else experiencing this?

I get 15 ping to oregon servers yet the packet loss and lag is real.  I don;t know what is going on but it is like this ALL the time.  Hitreg is garbage yet I take damage like I have no shield.  It is infuriating.

@GRiPSViGiL My problem is solved. I think there where some ISP server issues connecting me to Oregon. It's back to normal...although like you said, normal still requires improvement. Thanks for the reply.

Who is your ISP?  Mine is Frontier Fios.
