Connection does NOT Work

Hello

i have a problem to play online

PS4 is connected to the Router and the internet connection works very well (28-30 Mega)

when I check the connection into the settings It says everything is (very) good.

but when I’m going to connect to play online it does not work

(The message says that it’s not possible to connect with EA Server)

I do not understand why.

could you please help me?

Hi there, @Porsenna2k.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
