For the last two months, on every startup it gives me this error it says
-Connection Lost-
Your log-in session time has expired, It could be another device may have been connect this account..24hour since your last logg....
So no it comes with this error everytime i start the game. And no no other devices as well. Please help and then when i predd "start again" button, the green one as in the image above, gives another error coded err code 155

Thanks for adding that screenshot and the translation for me. Please get in touch with our support team for help with this. Normally, I'd advise sending in a ticket through the game so the account information can come through with the ticket but as you're having issues getting into your account, please use the website and have your ally code + Player id ready for the agent when you get in touch. Choose these categories to open a chat conversation with the support agent during our hours of operation (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m, UTC Monday - Saturday).
