With it happening every 3 games that doesn't sound like a great time at all. Can you reply back with the following if you're interested in troubleshooting this real quick?

• Router make/model
• Are you playing on WiFi or wired?
• What is the connection error message you receive?
• Which platform do you play on?
• Have you tried any specific troubleshooting steps?
• Are you able to log into your router's admin panel? (instructions are most likely on the router itself)

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? 
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freezes and it disconnects me and says connection timed out/lost.
What should be happening instead? Connecting to the match properly
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just check what happens when someone connects

My connection is wired and those issues aren't cause of my internet. I have a very good and fast connection and i never had problems with my internet, only in Apex. The errors i get are "Connection timed out" or the code:leaf.

@EA_Blueberry You need a Turkish server. I have seen 25 PING or less in normal time but when i connected to the game i always see in the game data server that 200 ping or more.. How can we fix that?
