Connection Problem Error PC [ Edited ]

Getting Connection Problem error The Anthem service is currently Unavailable. I checked server status and it is saying servers are up. 

Grr found this on their Twitter post from yesterday. They really need to post this on the forums as well and would avoid all this nonsense.

i'M GETTING THIS ERROR VERY OFTEN. iTS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY THE GAME. i DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THE GAME!!! i HAVE PAID MONEY FOR IT BUT i CANT PLAY. i REALLY WANT FULL REFUND FOR IT!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! WHAT ABOUT THE CONSUMER RIGHTS?! I HAVE THE ITEM WHICH I CAN USE IT PROPERLY!!!
