Connection Issues

Every time I try to load into WOC for the last three days I get multiple connection errors. My internet is fine and my friends get into the club lobby but I just get the spinning green circle. I get the lost connection error, yet servers aren’t down so I don’t know what the issue is..

Every time I try to play any online mode in world of chel, i lose connection after the loading screen. I can be in the matchmaking screen but as soon as the loading screen stops I get the LOST CONNECTION screen and it backs me out, my club lost several games due to this issue and I want to know why I can’t play chel.

its not my internet because I’m in a party with my team and I can play any other game online. But chel isn’t working for me. I keep losing connection.
