When open the game, it always shows

Connection Failed
Could not connect to the Need For Speed No Limits server
Please check your connection and try again

I have tried 2-3 different WIFI network, mobile data and it still no progress

I already uninstall the apps and download again 3 times

I already restart the phone many times but this problem still in its place

Some people says that i have banned.

But, i play this game normally without any cheat.

So, why this problem still happen?

Check your email, including your spam folder for any communication that may potentially be a ban notification.

What is your exact device make and model and which exact operating system/firmware are you using on it?

i am using Sony Xperia M5 E5653 with Android Lollipop 5.1

i never received email about banned notification (have checked my spam, inbox)

It is possible your device is not compatible with this game.

From this morning, after complete first "hot wheels" event, I receive same message.

I do not try to unistall and install because maybe I lost all progress.

My id is: [Removed - Admin.]

I am not able to install google play games due to incompatibility with my device.

My device is a chinese one Ecoo E04 aurora plus with 3gb ram.

How I can resolve?

We can only help players with devices that are compatible with the game and who acquire the game through official channels, i.e. via the Google Play Store for Android users.

Hello! I am experiencing the same problem in the fifth day of the Fastlane event which gives the Nissan 180SX as prize. I have done the first 5 races from chapter 5, then I raced once on the track named "Down and Dirty" and at the end of the race, the game crashed and now it says I have a connection problem.

I mention that I have switched from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data, I have restarted my phone 3 times and I have reinstalled the game. None of these options made the problem disappear. I didn't receive a ban notification for any cheats because I didn't use any , and I have installed the game from Google Play.

Can anybody help me with this probem? Thank you very much!
