Connection Fail from my ISP

★★★ Newbie

Hi, i'm ISP admin from Brazil and our customers can not connect to NFS No Limits, if they use 3G or another ISP its OK. Can our IP subnet be blocked/blacklisted? How I get support?

Thanks.

Hi Leonardo, if your users can play via 3G then it seems unlikely that your subnet is blocked or blacklisted.

Your question is a bit outside of the scope of support we provide here but having your user connect via 3G is advised if that is working for them.

Thanks.

Sorry if i give a bad information. My ISP is one company (fiber optics used), when i say "3G" is another mobile telephony company 3G/4G.

1. In our ISP does not work, with any of our IP address tested.

2. In any other ISP works fine.

3. We don't want our customers need to use 3G/4G service, and we want to resolve this issue.

Can someone give me a link or email for advanced support? Those who have found does not work, results in 404 error (not found).

Thanks EA_Barry for your time. Thanks for anyone who help me.
