Connecting to the servers ruins the internet [ Edited ]

Recently I started having the weirdest connection issue I've ever had.

My internet is fine I run a speed test and everything is working well and the moment I connect to apex legends or titanfall 2 servers my internet becomes really slow and my ping goes from 20 to 500 and the game becomes unplayable even discord stops working.

Anyone knows how to fix this please ?

@G2Cesare So your ping goes to 500 and even discord stops working?
Could you verify if you have Origin overlay or discord Overlay and hardware acceleration activated?
