Connecting the PS4 version to EA

I am trying to get the Twitch Prime loot for the game, but I just cannot get this to work. My PS4 is already connected to Twitch prime. I can confirm it works because I can get all of the Overwatch Twitch Prime loot. 

I have claimed the loot on Twitch, and my EA account to Twitch, but the loot is still not showing up. My origins settings shows that I have no connected accounts. I don't know if that matters or not, but I am pretty confident Twitch is connected to EA. I have only ever had one EA account and one Twitch account. 

I have no idea what to do and it's honestly really frustrating.

If it shows you have no connected accounts that means you logged into an EA account that does not have your PSN ID linked to it. You have two or more accounts.

Here is how to find out what email address is linked up to the EA account that has your PSN ID synced.

1. Find it by going into one of our games. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/
2. Visit Help.EA.com and sign in using the PlayStation Network login button. Then, click on Accounts at the top and Change Email Address. It should display there.
