Connecting SWGOH new device, IOS from android

Ive just bought an iphone and im trying to connent my new device to an exsisting accout, the problem being that the "Connect"  button dosnt appear on the IOS devive in the setting.

I have played a little on the IOS account to see if i needed to get so high a level before unlocking the button, the Chat setting ones was missing as well.

Any help?

Make sure you have your ally number and player ID. Then, you can contact swgoh game support to see what your options are.

PS: Looks like you created a child account if your chat is missing ingame.
