Connected accounts and Rewards

So I moved over from PS4 to PC and I have my Twitch linked with my EA account but I'm not getting the pack rewards. I think it's counting towards my PS4 account and not my PC. Would be nice to get those packs on the platform that I have the game on.

Do you mean you played Madden 18 on PS4 and Madden 19 now on PC?

Unfortunately, loyalty rewards for playing the game in previous years does not cross over between platforms.
