Connect to Facebook or Google play options missing in Sims mobile

In the settings tab for Sims mobile the options to connect to Facebook or Google play are not showing. Can someone please help

What kind of device and model are you  using?

Can you please share a screenshot of your game's settings tab?

Did you choose an age under 13 when you started the game? I'm asking you because there are age restrictions for mobile games as you can read on this article: EA and age restrictions for mobile games.
