Confused if my account was banned or suspended

I can’t log into any of my EA games and I didn’t get any kind of email saying that my account was banned or suspended and my user name is Bxrlin385.I don’t know if y’all made a mistake and accidentally banned my account but I was just wondering how can I fix that
