Confused about the 26Th date cross progression

Hey all, I used to play apex on my Xbox a good while ago and loved it but lost love for the game after switching to pc and not being able to get my things, i recently saw the cross progression and was instantly pumped so I logged into my EA account and downloaded it on the launcher (the same EA account as my Xbox btw) but technically my APEX account would have been made after the 26th right? the thing is I've been put into my old clan instantly so it seems to recognise the account but will my stuff transfer over or not, if not is there anyway to resolve it. I have 2 heirlooms and 100's of pounds in skins so I'm just looking for some help on this (issue?) thank you
