Completed challenge but no reward

Can someone please help, I found all hidden items in "the cleaner" campaign mission, completed the mission but I didn't get the credits, anyone know why?

It doesn't but I played a YouTube guide on it everything was collected, after the mission it said I completed it but in menu it says I didn't

@Hiattrockey I haven't done the challenge yet so I'm gonna finish it and let you know if I don't get it either.

@Hiattrockey I just did it and it counted. I would go and try do it again just to make sure the game registered you picking them all up.

I will retry, but I guess it registered in the mission because the 3 items didn't have any push icon. But hopefully I can find out what happened, so if people have this same issue I can help, thank you for lending me your advice

@JongyHD I guess my campaign is glitched because it still says 1/3 collected but in the level all 3 were collected
