I want to raise a complaint. I spent over an hour talking on chat regarding Case: 50889509. I have pre purchased Fifa 20 and have EA Access but can not get early access to the game.  I was advised by your advisor to contact Microsoft to raise a complaint, after being told it was a technical problem. Nothing was resolved so I asked the case to be escalated, the operator then terminated the chat. The only reason I purchased EA Access was to get early access to Fifa 20. I would now like the mere £19.99 I paid to be refunded and a gesture of goodwill to be raised by EA for very poor service experience and wasting my time. Before contacting the chat team I also spent multiple hours trying to resolve the issue myself. Like many others, I have spent good money on Fifa only to be short changed.
