Compensation for GAC lost due to app issues [ Edited ]

Hi,

Today my app froze during the last battle for the finals match in GAC. This practically eliminates me from the month+ long competition right at the start. I want to be compensated for 60 (as I was going to end up with full hp&prot) + 180 points for finishing the zone + 1000 points for the victory and 1 more territory cleared for the feat.

Attached are images of the team that froze and as you can see I was able to make a screenshot as my phone was working properly at the time. The result is shown as well as indication I would have won the match.

P.S. If you have the capability I can redo the match 5-10 times to prove it is easily won.

Game freezes for a lot of players. If you're lucky you might get 50 crystals or a Negotiator. Jokes aside, it's extremely frustrating losing a GAC because of a game freeze. Good luck getting any compensation.
