Colour Silhouettes issue [ Edited ]

Hoping for a fix for my graphics problem, not sure if anyone else has the same problem. When waiting for revival in multiplayer matches, you get red, green and blue silhouettes of the enemy, squad members and team members that run near you. My problem is that after respawn wether it's being revived or new respawn sometimes these colours don't disappear and continue even another respawn. I've updated my graphic card drivers to the latest versions, I've tried different settings within the game and still no joy. Can anyone help that have or had this problem, many thanks Ytee.

Do you get every match or just that match and what game modes have you seen it?  @FullOnYtee
