Hello, i bought 2150 coins x 2 and I didn’t receive them, I paid with PayPal few days ago and I would like to know if it’s normal ? Must I just wait ? Thanks

@Panamodry Hi, if it's been a few days, please reach out to support. You may want to check your Paypal and system receipts to be sure the money was taken, and be sure to have this handy when you do reach out.

Edit: Are you the main account on the Xbox, and are you using Xbox Live Gold? If not, can you check on the account that has the Gold membership and see if they received the coins? Obviously this shouldn't be happening, and any information you can provide should help. 

If the other account got the coins, can you DM both Gamertags to me?
