Code:Net nearly every other game

Since season 21 dropped, my wife and I have been getting code:net, codehoe, and codenake after nearly every game. It is not our internet because we have taken our consoles to other places and have had issues, and it’s not our games because we have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It is beyond frustrating, and I have lost hundreds of RP from this because whenever I lag out of a game, I lose DOUBLE the RP even though it’s not my fault. Please tell me how to fix this, or, better yet, please fix it yourselves
