Hello, I had this problem that it did not let me enter to play, in fact I stopped playing for a long time due to this error that did not let me enter the lobby, I did not play for a long time until today, but I lost skins of certain events such as The anniversary, I see many comments that a report had to be sent, I did not know this until today. Can someone tell me how can I check what happened to me?
I think I still have a small clip where I teach my friends this mistake

@EA_DavidSystem: Xbox One Username: vG Fierce I have been having this problem a tonnn last week well I literally just bought the battle pass and was having the best time and grinding away trying to keep up with my pals in levels and tiers. But I was having this issue so bad that It lasted around 5 days where every day I would try to hop on Apex Legends and it simply wouldn’t let me log in. It was very frustrating but now it is finally working and I really hope this still dosent happen again but now I will be trying to catch back up to my tiers and levels since my friends had no issues. ;( . Is there anyway to maybe prevent or fix this from happening again?!??
