Hi, I've been suffering from the code:net issue since the start of season 8. My credentials are below:

Totally locked out of my account since 12/02/2021

I have 7 heirlooms (just bought a new one 2 days before I got code net issue)
Over 400 legendaries

Was predator serie 1 2 3
Master 4 5
Master 7 as well but was locked out so stucked to master.

Impossible for me to get the new heirloom, impossible to get the quest of the season, all the exclusives skins.

Simply impossible to play the game after putting so much money in.

Aaaand finally, I can log in again! No sign of any early reward though that's to be expected. Also can't see any signs of lost kills/wins/BP levels though honestly I wasn't keeping track before and I'm not massively concerned.

Wasn't sure at the time but can confirm I missed out on the Unsheathed Rebellion recolor which is a bit of a bummer but not a huge loss. Just happy to be able to play on my main again. Thank you to everyone involved, including @EA_Neil! Hopefully those who've had the problem much longer than mine can see a resolution very soon

@EA_David @EA_Neil I was able to go into the lobby today, after about 6 weeks. No compensation for progress lost, no compensation for event skins missed, reskins, nothing.

I would really like to address this topic, not because I am lacking the money to buy everything but you can't just not provide your services for close to 2 months and not compensate your customers for it.

Please give an update on what will be done to make up for this.
