Code:Net error - causing crashes

I'm receiving the following error anytime I attempt to start a match connection to server timed out (code:net). The game starts to hang as if I no longer have an internet connection and them I'm thrown to the starting menu screen with that error. The frequency is random but I never can play a match longer than a little over a minute. Sometimes it occurs in the character select screen, sometimes it occurs right after I have landed.

Disconnected twice from game in on hour, with error code “Code: Wheel”. Never had any connection issues until season 2 came out... also been getting a lot of Code: Leaf & Code: Net while searching for ranked games.
