I wasn't having any issues until last Sunday when I started getting Code: Leaf about every other game. The next thing that I noticed was that I was getting 100% packet loss on almost all servers besides a few asian servers. These issues basically left me unable to play...

 

To try to fix it, I first tried to portforward and open up ports for Apex Legends with no luck. 

 

I was getting issues when I would test my NAT Type and Multiplayer Connection, so I called Xbox who helped me open my NAT.

 

I also noticed I have a Netgear router plugged into the Xfinity router, so I went into the setting for that, but couldn't set it to Bridge Mode or forward any ports.

 

I thought it was just an issue on Respawn's side until I tried playing Apex on my phone's hotspot, which worked perfectly.

 

I don't know exactly what the problem is and I just want to play video games...
