Clubs player wont load when upgrading from ps4 to ps5

Hi, I upgraded from ps4 to ps5. My ps4 still has the lvl 100 clubs player but the ps5 is only lvl 1 for clubs but my Volta player moved across. Anyway I can transfer my ps4 clubs player to my ps5? Thanks

DOES MY PROGRESS IN EA SPORTS FC™ 24 CARRY OVER FROM PLAYSTATION 4 TO PLAYSTATION 5, OR XBOX ONE TO XBOX SERIES X|S?
All progress you make or content you acquire within EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Ultimate Team (including players, items, coins, FC Points, match record, and leaderboard placement), as well as all progression in VOLTA FOOTBALL will transfer from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and back, or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S and back. Progress within all other modes including Online Seasons, Co-Op Seasons, Manager and Player Career, Clubs, etc. will be specific to the console you are playing on and won’t transfer between consoles.
