Club announcements make game unplayable

A pop up appears in my lobby immediately after logging in that displays the club announcement. I attempt to dismiss the pop up but it will not disappear no matter what input I use.

Hey @ThatSlyDevlin can you turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience and see if that helps.
