Cloud didnt save

I was having issues with my eco shop and it was stuck in Wednesday (its now Saturday) this has happend before all you need to do us uninstall and reinstall. I had my game saved to the cloud and i double checked before i unistalled. When i reinstalled to get my game back and clicked the cloud option my game wasnt there any more. It gave me a lvl 1 house and a genric sim. My game had 2 years worth of effort and id spent my money on it. I want my game back from the cloud where i saved it !!
