Client froze while in the middle of arena match SWGOH

Hello,

I paid 50 crystals to refresh my arena battles at 6:55 pm PDT today. Unfortunately, when I won the battle, the game froze. I had to force close the game and then restart the app. The game did not record my win in arena. When I restarted, I saw that there was a client reset required. This freeze happens most times when an update is pushed. As a result, I finished 6th instead of 3rd. This cost me 50 crystals for the reset plus 150 crystals that I would have received at 3rd place.

I have heard nothing and now I see this included in the patch notes of the most recent release. Please respond to my issue.
