So I just uninstalled Origin and reinstalled on my external and still no sound. I guess the next thing I could try is reinstall Madden?

Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs? Does your PC have Nahimic audio?

Your video card driver is from 2018 so let's get that updated. Here is a link to the driver for your GTX 1050. Once that's updated give your PC a reboot and see if it's helped the choppy audio for you. Thumbs up

I'm dealing with the same thing. Choppy garbage sound. Very annoying. The only thing that works for me is to set my madden.exe priority to Real Time in my task manager. It's annoying.

When you open up task manager do you see "AWSoundCenterUiLauncher.exe" in there?

This issue is caused by high cpu usage. And for that issue, no fix is yet available, as you can see in other posts.
