Cheating

I think I got banned because powershell is open.My account statistics 260 level 1.4 kd ratio %7 winrate.

I couldn't even win a game for the last two days before I was banned.I didnt cheat any online game my entire life.Powershell is official windows core program.I can't believe I got banned for this reason.what can i do to fix this situation?
