Chat Outage / Client Restart screwed over our raid....

We were warned about a chat outage, but we were not warned that we would be kicked out of our client during maintenance!  Everyone in my guild who were waiting to post our solo Rancor scores were kicked out of the game a few minutes before we could post.  I'm sure we'll get a few crystals, which is nice, but I doubt they would be equal to the red loot box we were about to earn....  Sure, the loot will go to someone else in our guild, but those who didn't post any score at all will get nothing.  Not cool!
