I purchased the Old Ben pack to get him to 7 stars. I have been charged for it but didn't receive the shards or items. Now i will miss out on unlocking CLS - any help available?

Thanks Darko, unfortunately a callback is not an option as i'm in Australia (only has US & Canada options). I sent an email as soon as it happened, but have not received a response.

Thanks again for your help Darko, I got a reply email finally and it has been sorted. I'm still a bit disappointed that the only reason i bought the pack was to unlock CLS and because of the error now i have missed that opportunity.
