Charged Incorrectly for Crystal Chest

I purchased 25% bonus chest of crystals on May 4th and was charged 19.99.  On May 9th, when I'm not even sure if the May 4th specials were still ongoing, I was charged again, specifically for the May 4th chest of crystals special.  I did not receive any crystals from purchase since May 4th transaction.  Not sure what is going on here, would like to avoid submitting for fraud through bank.  Am open to being compensated with what I was charged for (i.e crystals).  Ally code 257-484-569.        I've opened a ticket with Apple but that will likely be rejected based on what I've read other people going through. 

 

Please advise.

Hey @jamesse90,

have you already tried the to restore purchases (There’s a "restore purchases" button in the settings)?

If yes and you still haven’t received the items, please contact Customer Support (help.ea.com). They are able to assist you in this matter and compensate you with the missing items.
