Charged 3 times for using Help Phone Line?

Does EA Help charge people for calling in? I called in a couple days ago for an unrelated issue, and then I was charged 3 times for 1$ each, they're billed as EA.Help.CA. I really don't want to call back in incase I get charged again! Can anyone confirm that you get charged for using the help line?

If you are seeing $1 charges from EA on your credit card, they are most likely just card verification fees and will probably have been refunded by now.
