Characters Gone

Pretty straightforward one. I just decided to come back to the game, resubscribed, got to the point in the install where I can launch the game, and all my old characters are gone. I sunk a fair amount of money into this game and this is really bad.

if you use to use just the email address to login , and now use a username there was instances of a new account being created

Best way to find if this is the case is to phone them directly

Pretty sure I've always used the Display Name to login though?

If you're subscribed you can open up an in-game support request. Create a new character and then press the ? in the top bar. Explain your problem, they should be able to help.
