Character stuck on Alderaan

Hi! I am playing sith warrior and doing quest to kill that jedi padawan.

But wneh I got there my character got stuck in a cliff! 

I tried /stuck and it just teleports me on the same place. I am level 30

What am I supposed to do?

Hey @MyNameIsJhony

Do you have a stronghold? Then teleport yourself there and then leave this on the planet of the stronghold.

Have you already tried to use quick travel?

You can find it, when you press P.

I tried using it, but when I cast it, it fails.

In the castbar it types failed....

It could be because my character is moving a bit.

log out and back in and do not try to move that character , immediately Try /sit and then try to use quick travel

Do you have a stronghold? Then teleport yourself there and then leave this on the planet of the stronghold.
