Support is not looking into bug-tickets. That is for the QA department to do. If you file a bug report, they will read it and prioritize. The issues you mention do not sound to be very high and my guess is there are more pressing issues that need a fix than a sound that does not play.
You will normally not get an answer to a bug report ticket and support should not tell you when something is fixed, as they have no visibility over it. You're best bet is to keep an eye on the patchnotes.

Agreed. However it's been like that for months. They released bugged items. More than those I just reported. Anyway, thank you for the information
