I'd assume the check on the website would pickup something like that
It normally does, but sometimes misses it as well.
Strange indeed that it is not working. Sadly, I am not able to help on the forums with this any further. Would you mind sending in an in-game ticket so our CS-Team can take a closer look and help you transfer the character?
