Change email

Hi, I would like to change my email since my old email cannot be recovered. Tried to recover it but it didnt work, havent been on that email since few years. Hoping that EA will help me change the email because I try to edit in the account but it kept on sending codes to the old email. I can only log in to the EA account but not the email to check the code.
