Change Password on Xbox, Still Nothing..

I have no idea the last time I played Apex, maybe when the 2nd ever map came out, and I cant join again because when I try to I get this "Scan QR code" prompt that doesnt work.. I have tried everything other than typing on here.. PLZ HELP

It looks like you might be trying to reset the password on the wrong EA account that is not linked to your Xbox. You can check "Connections" tab in "My Account" settings, if you do not see Xbox link in there, it means that your Xbox is linked to a different EA account. To activate the account, you will have to try and remember the email address of the EA account that is linked to your Xbox and reset the password on it. Please keep in mind that EA account and Xbox account can have different login credentials. If you are having difficulties locating the correct account, please try and contact customer support, they might be able to assist with that.
