Certain Textures Blurry in 4k

So I recently reinstalled Apex and encountered this. The last time I played the game was before I had a machine that could play 4k, and if the resolution is set to 4k certain textures like this are blurry. The bugged textures seem to be consistent; ie Bangalore's gloves are always blurry in first person and Mirage's legs are blurry like such. Adaptive Resolution FPS Target is set to zero and I've tried all other suggestions I could find via googling such as vsync, TSAA, setting VRAM to 6 gigs instead of 8, etc. but the only thing that stops the textures from being blurry is bringing the resolution down to 2k or below.
I'm attaching a picture showcasing the weird textures and my dxdiag. Obviously, I can circumvent this issue by just not playing in 4k, but I'd still like to do so if I can. Not sure if it's some confliction on my part or a bug in the game.
