When was the caustic "sweet dreams" skin available and if i missed it is there anyway i can get it!

The Sweet Dreams skin was available from October 22nd through the 27th as part of the Dark Humor bundle. We don't have any details on when or if that skin might be coming back in the future, I'm afraid.
