Hello, I spoke to support and they recommended I post to the forums.
Yesterday (9/9) I was looking at the quest menu and it showed that I could use 150 apex coins to catch up on the daily treasure packs. I had 500 apex coins in my account and with three of the treasure packs being 5000 CP, I knew it would get me close to a battle pass level (I was sitting at around 2000 CP for the 18,000 point CP battle pass level for the week). I went ahead and bought the treasure packs and I received the one apex pack as well as the crafting material, but I never received the 15,000 CP. I thought maybe it was a syncing issue so I played a few more games to no avail. I waited till today to pick up a treasure pack naturally to see if that would work and I received the expected treasure pack reward from today but not 15,000 CP from yesterday.
Normally I wouldn't worry about it, but since Apex coins cost real money I would like to get what I purchased. Any thoughts/advice would be great. Thanks much!
