Cartel items purchased

I had purchased Sith Pureblood yesterday last night on a character which was newly created named Tailoss. However I knew that you have to be Level 10 in order to claim or something which I did not claim on that character. Since i had another person who was passed level 10 I decided to delete Tailoss and after the whole game was updated, I went back to Zemrlus to claim but it is not there for claim. Something tells me I should had refund the Sith Pureblood before deleting Tailoss which i did not do so. Is there a way to get back that purchase as it was a mistake buying it on that person and put it on someone else? I do have proof confirming that I purchased the Sith Pureblood if needed so what i spent and didn't use will go to waste

@tailsofchao alright, the coins should be back on your account. please buy the unlock again on at least level 10 character to be able to use it

The Unclaimed section of the Cartel Market is character specific and is preserved through character deletion and restoration, so your unclaimed purchase should be recoverable. I can see you've sent an email to us, so you should get a response after a few days, but it may take up to a week.

I see thank you for the response. Even if i cant get the deleted character restore since i am not a subscriber, I rather take the unclaimed item. That's all I want so it won't go to waste.

The one response was probably the standard one of calling them on the phone which I had done this morning but they can't do the in game work from what they say. In truth mine's is in game not cartel problems as this is due to me deleting my character without knowing that the unclaimed item is gone too. All I just want is the unclaimed item. Not saying I got the real response just yet so I can wait. But again thank you for the response

There is unfortunately a backlog , and response can be around 5 - 7 days.
