Cartel items not appearing in my inventory.

I have recently bought a pack from the cartel market for 200 coins. The pack included the same old numerous random items. Yet when i clicked my inventory to get them, there were none. This may not be a big deal to some people but i m barely able to get cartel coins and its upsetting. What do i do?

When you open a pack the items are transferred to your item stash not the inventory, see the item stash tab in the photo
