Good afternoon,
Yesterday, I had purchased a Outlander token from the Cartel shop. When I logged out and deleted my character (wanted to keep the name!) I wasn't able to select the boost to 60 or 65 when trying to make a new character?
I can't seem to find how to use the token I purchased?

When you purchased the token , after it was claimed from the market the unlock token goes to that characters inventory, did you use/activate the unlock so it was applied to the account ?

You'll need to submit an in-game ticket or send an email to support@swtor.com with a description of the purchase (char name, date, item, etc) so our in-game team can investigate.

just an observation, sometimes sending multiple requests causes further delays

If you have already sent an email I would give it some more time. They may be back-logged on tickets / emails so it may be taking longer. You can also try calling Customer Service via the phone and they may be able to assist you faster that way. You can find their contact information / numbers here.
