Cartel Market Unlocks not available in-game.

So...I bought the Twilek unlock back in May and I still can't use them when I make a new alt. I bought the Chiss a while back and there's no problem there, but Twileks still show as a "legacy unlock". Anyone have any idea why this is?

If it's not unlocked then you will need to email support@swtor.com with your character name you unlocked on, server and approximately when you unlocked it.

They will be able to research it further and find out what happened.

When you bought it in the cartel market, have you also used the unlock item in your inventory?
